Fender Excelsior Amplifier (w/ Weber speaker)

Released 2012 as part of their Pawn Shop series this amplifier is a true boutique find. Not only is the 1x15" speaker the right concept for the discerning roots, rock'n'roll, early country, blues and/or western swing guitarist, it's also a wonderful amp for steel players. We all know a big speaker is the way to go and that is why we replaced the factory original with a silky smooth Weber 15-inch paper cap Alnico California speaker! All the low end punch you want plus sparkling clean highs that remind you of a JBL D-130 and take you back to the 1950s.

13 Watts, 2 6V6 power tubes, 2 12AX7 preamp tubes (TAD), Guitar, Mic, and Accordion inputs (each with individually optimized circuitry), Volume, Tremolo knobs. Bright/Dark switch. Weighs 15 kg. The amp is in used and good condition and comes with its own cover. (On Ebay or Reverb these amps are very hard to find and sell for way higher prices without hot-rodded speakers and/or tubes...)
